About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Service Manager to lead and develop our sales and customer service functions. This role is critical to driving revenue growth while ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.
You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to shape sales strategy, manage key accounts, and build a high-performing team that strengthens relationships and delivers results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales and customer service teams to achieve growth targets
- Build, maintain, and grow strong B2B customer relationships
- Oversee day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring fast and effective resolution of enquiries
- Drive sales performance through coaching, reporting, and performance management
- Manage key accounts and support new business development
- Monitor forecasts, and KPIs
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
- Continuously improve processes to enhance the customer experience
About You
- Proven experience in a sales leadership or customer service management role (FMCG or wholesale highly regarded)
- Strong people-management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a results-driven approach
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment
- Salesforce experience is an advantage

About Us
We are a growing company seeking a talented In-House Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative individual who enjoys producing high-quality visual materials and maintaining strong brand consistency across all company communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a range of marketing and corporate materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, and print assets
- Maintain and apply the company’s visual brand identity across all materials
- Work closely with internal teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions
- Prepare artwork and files for both print and digital production
- Assist with the design and preparation of materials for trade shows and industry events
- Support the marketing team with ad hoc and general marketing duties as required
- Assist with the preparation of marketing collateral, campaign materials, and internal communications
- Provide support for website updates, email marketing layouts, and other digital marketing assets when required
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design ability
- Excellent attention to detail and layout skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams
- Strong time management and organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience preparing files for professional print production
- Basic knowledge of branding and marketing principles
- Experience working with Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) is preferred
